Organizations can limit sending of signature requests to the email domain, which they consider to be suspicious. Use ‘Email domain restriction’ feature of GMO Sign to allow sending of workflow requests on those email address that are not against the security policies of organizations.

Steps to Set Email Domain in GMO Sign Admin Profile
(Only Power User, Administrator, and Administrator+Signer user role can define this setting)
1. Login to GMO Sign account and go to Admin Panel >> Sign Request >> Email Domain Restrictions.
2. Enter an allowed email domain in the respective textbox and put a comment associated with it. It is optional to enter comment along with email domain.
3. Click on Add button to register the entered text in list of email domain. (Video Preview)
4. Once the email domain appears in the list of allowed domains, your GMO Sign account users would be able to send workflow requests on the specified domains only.
Note – Ensure that you remove @ while mentioning the email domain in the related text field. |
How does GMO Sign response in case unregistered email domain is entered?
During the workflow request creation, GMO Sign throws an error message in case sender enters an email domain, which is not registered in the list of allowed email domains.
