After uploading the document, you can send a single document to multiple recipients with a signature request by uploading a specified CSV file with data for multiple recipients.
This saves you the need to upload, input and send the same document to multiple recipients for signature requests, one by one.
Steps to be Followed
１. Click the “Request Sign” button on top left of the Home screen, and go to “Upload Documents” then click the ［CSV bulk sending］ button in Select Documents.
（※The section on the right is the previously configurated template option)
２. Select the document to be used and upload it clicking “Next" button
3. Select the CSV file to be used.
（※You can download the CSV file from the sample CSV icon.）
4. The edited CSV file contents will be showed.
Select the number of signers from pull-down menu(1~4)
※The number of signer you chose here is the number of the signers for one document.
In the above image, the document to be signed between 2 companies is bulk transmitted to 4 companies.
1）Your company－Company A（Your company/Company A impresses respectively）
2）Your company－Company B（Your company/Company B impresses respectively）
3）Your company－Company C（Your company/Company C impresses respectively）
4）Your company－Company D（Your company/Company D impresses respectively）
click on "Next" button.
5. Navigate to set signature position screen.
Set the position of signature for each signer and then click “Next” button.
6. Send the Document for signing on next screen
8. A completion note like below will appear
