Filter Users for Quick Tracking – GMO Sign Help Center

Filter users while selecting them for sending workflow request, adding them in address list, etc. This feature is available in the following scenarios:

1. Mentioning approver’s name in Please input approver contents window. [Video Preview]

Note - Only users who are registered in the Users menu will be displayed. You can filter users based on department name or usernames.

2. Address book field in Signer content section while generating workflow. [Video Preview]

Note - Only users who are registered in the Address List of your account will be displayed. You can filter them based on company name, username, and email address.

3. Filter users in address book that appears while enabling Setup checkbox in Receiver Settings. [Video Preview]

Note - Only users who are registered in the Address List of your account will be displayed. You can filter them based on company name, username, and email address.

4. At the time of selecting signer’s name for inhouse digital sign or e-sign request, requestors can filter users to quickly select signer from the list. [Video Preview]

Notes:

In inhouse digital sign use case, users who were set with [signer] role inside User menu will be displayed. If you want to send to other people, choose Counterparty.
When an Organizational Unit is selected, users will be filtered only for the same unit.
When Organizational Unit is not selected, all users will be displayed. If you want to edit user details with organizational unit, refer this article.

※Example: when the following users are registered in Users menu
Username - Mr.Ａ　- Organizational Unit ：○○
Username - Mr.B　- Organizational Unit ：△△

(a) If you select ○○ 　　⇒　 Only Mr. A will be displayed　　　　（Filtered by unit ○○）

5. While entering Our Signer details in Signer information pane of template page. [Video Preview]
