In continuation with item settings feature in GMO Sign, now administrators can make it compulsory for users to enter essential fields of document information at the time of creating workflow request. Up to 6 pre-defined fields can be made mandatory in GMO Sign. Few of them can be numeric as well as alphabetic.

What if Mandate Item Settings are Disabled?

You will be able to move ahead with creation of workflow request without entering document's related information. Simply add signer's details (or approver(s) / receiver(s) data) and continue with locating of signature image in document. [Video Preview]

What if Mandate Item Settings are Enabled?

You will not be able to move ahead with creation of workflow request without entering document's related information. You have to enter the information that has been mandated by your administrator and then, proceed with adding of workflow request details. [Video Preview]
