It is possible to customize signature deadline for signer(s) who are present in a workflow request to sign the requested documents. By default, the termination date of the signature request is 30 days for each signer. And, it is requestor's decision to change the default settings by reducing the number of default days.

Brief Explanation
This feature allows you to define the signature request expiration time duration for each signer present in the workflow.
- By default, the time captured in the defined due date would be 23:59 JST.
- The number of expiry days should be less than 30.
- If the requestor does not define deadline for any signer, 30 days would be added starting from the date he received signature request. (In case of sequential signing order)
Use Case 1 - Deadline Set for Previous Signers
Suppose there are 3 signers in a workflow with sequential signing order - John, Cally, and Tom. Requestor has defined the value for John (say, 10) and Cally (say 20) but, not for Tom. In this case, the deadline for Tom would be 30 days starting from the date when Cally has completed her signature request.
Use Case 2 - Deadline Set for Later Signers
Suppose there are 3 signers in a workflow with sequential signing order - John, Cally, and Tom. Requestor has defined the no value for John but, for Cally and Tom he has defined 10 and 20 days due date respectively. In this case,
- Deadline for John would be 30 days from the signature request being sent from requestor's end.
- Deadline for Cally would be 10 days from the date when John has completed his signature.
- Deadline for Tom would be 20 days from the date when Cally has completed his signature.
Use Case 3 - No Deadline Set for All Signers
Suppose there are 3 signers in a workflow with sequential signing order - John, Cally, and Tom. Requestor has defined the no value for John, Cally, and Tom. In this case,
- Deadline for John would be 30 days from the signature request being sent from requestor's end.
- Deadline for Cally would be 30 days from the date when John has completed his signature.
- Deadline for Tom would be 30 days from the date when Cally has completed his signature.
Important Points to be Noted
(a) Re-requesting the signature request does not extend the expiration date.
(b) In case of expiration, requestor needs to send a new signature request.
(c) The time zone being followed in 'Due Date' is JST time.
(d) Do not set the expiration date, which exceeds more than 30 days from the date of signature request being sent.
