At the time of generating and entering electronic or digital workflow data, users can enter additional values related to documents before sending the request. [Video Preview]
Previously, these details were allowed to enter only after sending the workflow request >> From 'Edit' section of the 'Document Details'. But now onwards, it is simple to enter documents effective date, expiration date, and other basic values directly from the 'Input Information' page.
Following details can be filled through 'Document Details' section present during the workflow :

Define a expiry date for managing contract , which is being involved in the workflow. |
Value | Enter the costing amount of contract. |
Storage location |
If you download and archive the signed contracts separately, enter the original storage location. |
Default Remark 1 to Remark 3 | You can use it as a remarks column to enter custom attributes or details related to contract. For more details, visit here |
Note - Separate fields being added in 'Document Management' section of Admin Panel are not displayed here. For more details, visit this support page.
All the items added here will be displayed on Document's Details just after sending the workflow request. Later, users do not need to enter these values separately unless they do not want to change the existing specifications.
