(Available only for GCC digital certificate customers)

GMO Sign enables users to download up to 50 signed or unsigned files from Documents List section. This feature is applicable for all user roles in GMO Sign who have 'Document Download' feature available / permitted in their account(s). 

(1) Login to your GMO Sign account and go to 'Documents' section. 

(2) In Documents List tab, expand Others menu from right-hand side of the screen and choose Multiple documents download option.

(3) Check the checkbox of those files that you want to download on your local system. 

Note - It is not compulsory to select only those documents that have Completed status. You can select files having  other statuses like 'Unsigned (Internal)', 'Approval Pending', etc.

(4) Once done with files selection procedure, click on Download Selected document button to begin multiple files downloading. [Video Preview]

A ZIP file gets downloaded on user's PC where he can extract this file and analyze the signed / unsigned documents of GMO Sign in offline mode. Signed files would be the ones whose status was Completed at the time of downloading file. And, Unsigned files would be the ones whose status was other than Completed.
