Password Expiration Policy
GMO Sign has announced password expiration policy for GMO Sign tenant owners. The initiative is to either fulfill CFR21 compliance requirement or strengthen account security by changing password at regular time intervals. We encourage administrators to expire users’ security password every month.
Customize Signature Reason
Earlier, (by default) ‘I approve this document’ signature reason appeared in the signed document. The signer did not have the facility to change or custom the reason for signing the document. But from now onwards, it has been fixed! With the release of ‘Customize signature reason’ feature, signers have the authority to define their own reason for document signature.
New Seal for GMO Sign e-signing
With the application's name change, GMO Agree seal logo has been changed to Seal of Trust logo. It is available for counterparty users who are performing e-sign in documents.
