The GMO Sign system enables administrators to define rules for password changes in linked user accounts. They can activate this feature to fulfill compliance requirement and to be safe from spoofing attacks. When the password gets expired, you have to follow below-mentioned steps :
1. Sign into GMO Sign account and you will receive a prompt. Here, you will be asked to set a new password.
2. Enter the password in respective fields i.e., ‘New Password’ and ‘New Password (Confirmation)’.

3. Click Next to finish password resetting and continue with your work in GMO Sign system.
