Dear Customers,
On April 11, 2022, we have launched different signing operations like GMO Sign Help Guide, View Sender's Comment, and Reject signing request, on the web portal of GMO Sign.
From this new launch, currently GMO Sign mobile app does not support following two options :
- Reject the signing workflow request
- View comment from the requestor
The support for all the additional signing operations (including the above ones) are expected to be released somewhere in June 2022. Meanwhile if you want to utilize anyone of the two listed features, please use the web platform of GMO Sign.
