Restrict Template Users from Editing
(Only for customers onboarded without Atlas portal)
Template owners can prevent users from editing pre-defined template settings. The feature restricts requestors from making changes in templates while using it. In short, they will be allowed to simply browse the template and send it. By default, this feature has been enabled for template owners; they have to disable it to restrict modification.
Access Controls for using Templates
(Only for customers onboarded without Atlas portal)
Templates in GMO Sign have three different access permissions - View and Use, Edit and Delete, & All. Administrators can assign access rights to target users (of other roles) for using templates in GMO Sign.
