Audit Trail Report
GMO Sign users can generate certificate for each transaction. Every GMO Sign agreement passes through multiple phases (say milestones), which define the workflow progress. It includes recipient name, IP address, signing time and date, etc. The ‘Audit trail report’ involves same workflow agreement milestones as the log but, with a detailed information (including unique transaction id of authoritative file on the GMO Sign server).
Get Unique Transaction id Printed in Signed File(s)
GMO Sign users can download signed documents with unique transaction id. It is optional and can be activated or deactivated through Admin Panel.
UI Changes in 'Document Details' page
Following text updates have been done in Edit portion of 'Document Details' page (present in 'Documents' section) for each transaction :
- 'Date' changed to 'Effective Date'
- 'Expiration' changed to 'Expiration Date'
- 'Deadline for notice of termination' changed to Notice period for termination
- 'days before' modified to 'days in advance'
- 'months before' modified to 'months in advance'
- 'years before' modified to 'years in advance'
- 'Expiration of contract' modified to 'From expiration date of contract'
- 'Amount Deal' modified to 'Value'
Support for Spanish Language
GMO Sign is now available in Spanish. Users using Spanish as their official language can now use this signing workflow solution without any hassle. Email templates for signature request sent, signing request received, workflow approval request, etc., are available in Spanish. Clients have to set their account settings in Spanish to use GMO Sign in Spanish flawlessly.
New URL Released for GMO Sign Help Center
New URL for GMO Sign Help Center has been released - https://helpcenter.gmosign.com/hc/en-us. Instead of https://gmo-agree.zendesk.com, start using the new link to track updates done on GMO Sign platform. As of now, redirection to the new URL takes place in case users access old link for opening the help center pages. However, this redirection is applicable only for 2 months from today. Later, the old URL will no longer be accessible.
