GMO Sign 2.0 provides a set of additional settings to be provided for each user. These settings are optional to be defined at the time of user registration but, useful in terms of functionality. Through this guide, we are going to explain each of these additional feature.
--> Permission to Apply Signature
Upon enabling this feature, users would be able to apply signature(s) for the internal signature request. If this feature is disabled, users with any role (even administrator) in GMO Sign would not be part of inhouse signer list as well as cannot sign document, even if requested with the specification of counterparty. --> Permission to download document
By default, Administrator and document manager are allowed to download document from GMO Sign portal. This feature is applicable only for 'document viewer' role where an administrator permits the target individual to download documents from his GMO Sign portal. If not allowed, target user would not be allowed downloading of document even if he has signed it. [Video Preview]
--> Auto document storage
Administrators (or, Power User) can allow a user to link his signature requests within GMO Sign portal. If this feature is disabled, user would be receiving notification of signing requests only through emails (not on the GMO Sign dashboard). So in order to get signature requests displayed within the GMO Sign account, this option needs to be enabled by administrator for the respective user.
--> Permission to use GMO Sign mobile app
It is the decision of account administrator whether to allow access of GMO Sign mobile application for their organizational users or not. The organizational users are the ones who are already using GMO Sign web portal. For security purpose and internal business policy, we make it optional for administrators to make this decision.
Additional information of User
Add any remark like organization id, employee id number, etc., related to the specific user. This feature enables recording of additional information related to the user.
