The templates being created in GMO Sign are useful to fulfil HR use cases, IT industry regular operations, pharma industry, etc. These predefined templates make it easier for users to create workflow with common set of documents without again-and-again browsing and defining them. 

But in order to use template in GMO Sign, anyone of the following 2 instructions need to be attempted :

(1) Disable CFR21 feature from the Admin Account - GMO Sign allows users to browse template without signatures in browsed documents only if CFR21 is disabled in their account. For guidance, please refer this article.

(2) Locate Signature in Document of Target Template - If users do not want to disable CFR21 settings, it is mandatory for them to place signature(s) in the document(s) present in target template. For guidance, refer point no. 8 in this article.
