(It is an optional feature. Customer needs to request GMO Sign support member to activate this feature for their Admin account. Once activated, the option would be visible on the Admin Panel page.)
An audit report for a workflow in GMO Sign can be attached on signature completion email being sent to requestor. This file would not be sent to signer - either inhouse or counterparty. It means that the workflow requestor does not have to log into GMO Sign portal to download certificate of the entire signing procedure. Even if the requestor's user role is Signer, DocumentReader, or DocumentManager then also, he would be able to receive certificate on his registered email id.

How to Implement this Setting?
(1) Administrators have right to set this feature for all users linked with their account.
(2) For this, go to Admin Panel >> Sign Request.
(3) Activate the toggle button of Don't attach signature certificate attribute. And, its done!! [Video Preview]
Now, whenever a requestor would receive email titled as Signing Workflow Completed, it would be having attachment in it. And, the attached file would be the audit report of the respective workflow.
