• Maintenance due to Seiko Timestamp services - On August 18, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (UTC)

*The work may be delayed depending on the situation.

Maintenance Purpose

• Few bug fixes and releases in GMO Sign signing service.
• Seiko timestamp service maintenance on regular basis.

Impact to GMO Sign Customers

Following events might occur during maintenance service :

During GMO Sign Release

• All GMO Sign services would be unavailable for the specified time duration. Including :
  
  • GMO Sign APIs
  • GMO Sign App
  • GMO Sign web platform

During SEIKO Timestamp Service

• Timestamp and certificate issuance services would be unavailable.
• Expect delay in eSign procedure - both on web and mobile app
• Delay occurs when signature is being completed
• GMO Sign Signature Engine related services unavailable :
  • Unable to download audit reports
  • Unable to download recently signed documents
  • Unable to embed timestamp in scanned documents
  • Unable to issue or update certificates for document signing
