The validity period of the signed-up document download is 14 days, and documents that have passed 14 days after the completion of the signature can not be retrieved from the download URL.

If the validity period has expired and you do not obtain the document, please contact the signing request source and send us a signed document separately by e-mail etc.

If the user role of GMO Sign is an administrator or document administrator, you can log into Sign account and download the corresponding document from the document management menu. 

All PDF files of signed documents, including files copied, have originality.
