For non-GMO Sign users, the signed file in .pdf format would get attached in signature completion email. This email is the one received to external users who do not have GMO Sign account. This feature needs to be enabled at account level by Administrator for making use of it.

Activate Option Through Admin Panel

(1) Login to GMO Sign Administration Account and navigate towards the Admin Panel.

(2) Go to Sign Request tab and enable the option of Signature completion email settings.

(3) The updated statement indicates that the settings to attach signed PDF file would be sent to external signers with signature completion email. [Video Preview]
