(1) Go to User Management page and then, click on Menu >> New User Registration.
(2) Fill in the essential details required on the registration page.

(3) (Optional) You can define different permissions for this user either now or afterwards, by editing the new user details.
- Permission to Apply Signature
- Permission to Download Document
- Auto document storage
- Permission to user GMO Sign app
- Additional information of User
- Set pre-approver
(4) Once completed with settings, click on Add User button. A message displays to notify that new user has been successfully added in GMO Sign. [Video Preview]
