GMO Sign provides a facility to archive the information being entered by Signers in each workflow. This information could be date, values filled in textboxes, etc., which are entered by signer in documents(s) provided to them by requestor. Record and analyze these inputs for each workflow through CSV file on your PC.
Steps to Follow
(1) Login and navigate towards the document section of GMO Sign 2.0 signing solution.
(2) Choose Download Details filled by Signer option from the Menu section
(3) Enable the checkbox of the files whose data you want to retrieve in CSV file format.
(4) Once selection is done, click on Download button to finally initiate the procedure.
(5) An Excel file in .csv format gets downloaded on your local system. Open it and view the target information. [Video Preview]
Note - Suppose if you have selected 6 documents and only 3 files have details filed by signer, then data of only those 3 documents would be displayed in the final CSV file.
