Users can download a CSV file of documents whose signature has been completed successfully. It enables them to keep a track record of document transactions being completed for analysis purpose. For this,
- Simply go to the Document page in GMO Sign account and click on Menu drop-down.
- Choose Select for downloading document details option and then, check the checkbox of target documents.
- At last, click on Download Document Details button that appears at the bottom of screen.
- This downloads a file in .csv format. Open this file using an Excel application and then, view the document records. [Video Preview]
