Impact to GMO Sign Customers

• Execution of electronic signature processing
• Delay occurs when signature is being completed
• Error occurrence when attempting any activity
• Not available for all uses: GMO Signature Engine
• Cannot download documents from the signature screen
• Issuance and renewal of document signing certificates are not possible.

There might be delays while execution of operations in GMO Sign.
