S/MIME Certified emails from GMO Sign
From now onwards, the emails generated from GMO Sign signing application will be S/MIME certified. It is our step ahead to acquire countermeasures against phishing attacks, spoofing, and other cyberattacks resulting in submission of an authentic email. The certification proves that the sender of email is GMO Sign, and the internal content has not been modified throughout the network communication.
Receiver's Settings in Open Forms
Introducing an additional feature in Open Forms of archiving signed documents on a backup email address directly after signature completion. Open Form creator can now set receiver's information while generating an Open Form in GMO Sign. Almost it works in the same way as it does for normal workflow in GMO Sign platform.
Customize Signature Request Timeline
Before the release, 30 days were set as default time duration for signature request being sent. From now onwards, this timeline can be changed to any number of days less than 30. The value should lie between 1 to 30 for each signer present in the workflow.
