GMO Sign offers an additional features of Email OTP to its customers for strengthening their account security and to be safe from cyberthreats. This feature can be availed on-demand basis only i.e., organization customers need to request GMO Sign sales team for activating this security option in their GMO Sign profile at organizational level. 

How to Activate Email OTP Feature?

(Only 'Administrator' and 'Administrator+Signer' user roles can activate this feature for other users)

(1) Go to Admin menu of GMO Sign and click on Admin Panel >> Login Options

(2) If switched off, switch on the toogle button of One-time password option and Save the settings. 

Once OTP feature has been activated for a user, he has to enter OTP (sent on email address being registered with GMO Sign) after entering login ID and password.
