GMO Sign holds a periodic security checking that is performed by external specialist under high supervision and, secures entire cloud structure from cyberattacks through WAF (Web Application Firewall).

Additionally, GMO Sign applies encryption algorithms on each document file that is stored on its online server. Just in case an authorized official of GMO Sign need to retrieve a document (only on customer's requirement), it is an encrypted file whose content cannot be confirmed. Later only with the formal permission of client the file is decrypted through respective algorithms and then, exact file for confirmation is fetched and can be viewed in original format.
