Make changes to the existing Open Form details (including Validity Period and folder settings) through this. Only Administrators, Administrators+Signers, DocumentManager, and DocumentManager+Signer can implement modifications in Open Form. The updated modifications will be reflected immediately in Open Form just after submission procedure.
Note - The edit operation cannot be performed on Documents part of the Open Form. For example - Document's Name, changing the signature position, adding or removing textboxes, etc.
1. Go to Open Form List page and search for the target Open Form, which needs to be edited. [Video Preview]
2. Click on Edit icon and then, perform the changes as requirement :
(a) Open Form Name - You can modify existing Open Form Name. However, remember that at organization level, there could be 1 Open Form with one name. Two Open Forms with same names are not allowed to be created in GMO Sign.
(b) Validity Period - Increase or decrease the validity period of existing Open Form. Also, if the validity period of Open Form has been expired then, simply set a new validity date and time to reactivate the Open Form. Please note that the minimum validity of an Open Form is 24 hours and maximum is forever.
(c) Folders - Add or remove the existing Folders in Open Forms to archive the signed Open Form documents. If you have not defined any folder at the time of Open Form creation, you can add it right now as well.
3. After the completion of all edits, click on Update button to reflect the changes in Open Form Settings and associated URL.
